Adobe needs more Jo's. Adobe themselves I have found very professional and my overall impression is that, unlike other agents, they are concerned about their tenants and appear less money-minded, even though obviously they are a business. As of today, I would recommend that others seeking to rent somewhere give Adobe a try first.”

“Hyde Park House is the perfect place to run our business from. We have been here for over four years now and are in our third office space. The great thing about the building is how you can move as your business grows and your needs change. The team that run the building are professional, friendly and we cannot fault the service we receive, the meeting room hire is great too. The coffee shop is well stocked and a great bonus for us. We are delighted with our choice of office space and coming to work here is a pleasure!”

“I rented through Hyde for 7yrs. Any problems and they were sorted straight away. The fence came down in a storm and it was fixed within 3 days. My light fitting in bathroom broke and that was replaced within a few days, i cant fault how efficiently they deal with repairs, they are spot on. Dave is on site regularly checking everything is tidy and sorting any maintenance problems, hes a lovely genuine guy. The grounds and communal areas are kept immaculate. I would rent through Hyde again if i needed to. After leaving i got my deposit back no problems. I was actually sorry to go. If you want a descent company to rent or buy through, consider Hyde, they took the stress out of renting for me personally.”

“Lived in the area for over a year and finally visited the restaurant on Friday evening. It was fantastic. We got the 3 course deal which I think was around £22 ( £18 for 2 course). Fantastic food and the service was brilliant. Very warm and attentive staff and the atmosphere was lovely. Nice high ceilings. Lobster bisque ravioli was 10/10 and the pavlova for dessert was the best I've ever had. We walked out with high praise and can't wait to return.”

The food is very tasty and authentic. The fish cakes are excellent and can definitely tell they are homemade, a lot of Thai restaurant/takeaways just buy these in bulk. The food was delivered quickly and piping hot by a friendly delivery man. A firm favourite of ours.”

It's not the usual type of place my wife and I normally go for food but we were on our way back from an Alice Cooper gig and it was one of the only places open. Had a chicken and donner naan and wow, taste sensation is an understatement, my wife had a spicy chicken burger, she said it was better than her normal chicken legend at McDonald's, high praise indeed because she's been resting that for years. We've never looked back since, the food is amazing value, portions are huge, this place is a real hidden gem. We've now taken to coming here on a regular basis as our guilty pleasure. Highly recommended and the staff are great too boot, go, you'll not be disappointed.”
