"Waited with my 79 year old mum yesterday while she went for my dads prescription. Never seen staff so rude , barely looked up from what they were doing , very sharp and rude how they spoke to her , also spoke to another elderly lady like she was stupid!!! I was absolutely disgusted especially as my mum told me they are always like that . Will definitely be changing pharmacies, she should never be treated like that ."

"Disgusted at the attitude of the women in there today. Gaslighting a man because he cannot wear a mask by telling him about a dead colleague from covid...in front of elderly customers who were obviously frightened. They take forever to put together prescription's anyway so not too sad to be leaving their pharmay. Customer service training needed and less attitude from these hysterical oversharing people."
