“Fantastic experience here last night purchasing a hanging egg chair for our garden. The manager Chris was so friendly and helpful and even provided us with rope to tie the boot down (the chair is rather big!). Another staff member called Shayan really went above and beyond and was stood with us in the pouring rain helping us get the chair securely into our car. He values the customers input and has a alot of knowledge to ensure his job is immaculate. You will not find a better services from anywhere else. Although the experience was a mini photoshoot and only 15 minutes, ourselves and our daughter were made to feel so comfortable. Leanne was so friendly and patient and made the photoshoot such a lovely experience for us all! The photos turned out as perfect as we expected and we are so happy with them! We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. I have had the pleasure of attending a wedding that Jo did the flowers for and they were absolutely stunning. If you want a house plant Jo also has plenty of plants I haven't seen before visiting her florist. Definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a special gift.”
