“Myself and my partner took my parents here on Saturday night when they had come up to visit. It was a fairly last minute booking so the only time available was 8.30pm but it was so worth it. We arrived a little early and it was very busy! There was a large group leaving and there were another large group sat down at the table. We were told we could wait at the bar and order a drink. The man at the bar was lovely, though clearly very busy dealing with drinks orders for tables as well as the 6 people standing at the bar, but we were happy to wait. By the time our drinks orders were done a table was ready and we were taken to be seated. Every member of staff was a delight in there. And the food? AMAZING. As we finished up our meal the chef came out to ask how our meal was. What a lovely guy! We had a little chat with him before leaving. As we left and got in a cab the chef came running out with my dad's phone and glasses he left at the table. Can't wait to go back. So glad we booked here.”

“Lovely restaurant and owners! We went here for the first time tonight on the spare of the moment and we weren't disappointed. Warm welcome on our arrival, table available in the bright and well appointed restaurant. Good menu choice options for meals and smaller plates and the owner took the time too talk us through options. The food was really tasty, well presented and quick to serve. Great service throughout and I will come back again and do recommend. The place has only been open for a few months so far but is already offering great food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. “Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

“First time using this place after receiving a flyer. We as a family placed a large order and were pleasantly surprised. Great tasting food. I ordered the salad and chicken. Salad, cold, fresh and delicious, chicken bit spicy for me but nice. The milkshakes are good too. The hotdogs are long . Kebabs great! Will definitely order again.”

“I ordered a large breakfast for £5.95. Comes with 2 bacon, 2 sausage, hash brown, 2 eggs, black pudding, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms and 2 toast. Plus £1.20 for a cup of tea. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The staff are very friendly and a credit to the cafe.”

“A great pub. One of the friendliest pubs in Swinton. Lindsey is a wonderful land lady and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is happy and has a good time. Lots of events going on games nights, karaoke, dancing. I always look forward to a night in there.”

“I absolutely love coming into the farmers, the atmosphere is always lovely! Tracey and her husband (landlord and lady) are really friendly, they take their time to get to know their customers on a personal level and are always amazing with our 2 year old son. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced. It’s very quickly become one of our favourite local pubs as we just find it a really homely place. I highly recommend people to visit this pub if you haven’t already.”
