“Fabulous food. The quality of produce and level of spice was perfect. From starters to nan as a party of 7 didn't have a single complaint. Restaurant was extremely busy throughout our visit which is a testament to the establishment and explains our level of enjoyment.”

“I was looking for some gardening tools in the area and I got hungry, looked around and could not find anything that would satisfy me, and my wife as well, we actually passed this place once as well, until we decided we want to try the food here, I ordered these nice hummus bites made with sourdough bread, the cheese softness and the vegetable crunch was spot on, and after that I had the cous-cous salad with hummus, I can guarantee every single ingredient was freshly added in the salad as I could hear the man over the counter chopping up vegetables, I am mainly a carnivore, but this salad had every single taste that you can think of, slightly sweet and sour from pickled beetroot and pickles, nice crunch and freshness from the vegetables, very tasty cous cous, all that dipped in this very nice hummus, which I think is also made there(would not be surprised), as I was sipping from my decaf coffee, which was tasting very much like actual coffee, even the smell was there, we ordered this very nice pie, that was like eating creamy clouds that would melt in your mouth and make you wish you had more! A brilliant hidden gem, I recommend it with all my heart, if you are passing through or if you are local, if you want to take your special other out for a treat this is the place to go!❤️”

“A very nice place to visit for breakfast. I had the ‘full English’ which was excellent - large portions of all the right ingredients. Beans not exactly to my liking, neither the method of serving tea, but for most people they would probably be OK. Excellent service by a happy, cheerful and well organized waitress. Decent value for money.”

From walking in, the staff were lovely, especially the young lady serving us (I've forgotten her name sadly) The food was delicious and the outdoor seating was fab, with a little heater too it was perfect and we can't wait to go again”

“can I firstly say this place is certainly no longer run by a bully !!! the new landlord is the kindest friendliest man I have ever had the privilege to meet. He goes above and beyond to help and welcome his customers. the place is a fantastic venue with 2 pool tables dart board great jukebox and lovely bar staff. we love calling in on a Saturday afternoon we live 10 miles away but it's such a great place we make the effort as it's worth every penny!!!”

The food was spot on on both occasions, quality, quantity and flavor all with no complaints (even from my very picky other half) The food was delivered well within the arranged times and the prices were more than reasonable. I would recommend in an instant. If i can eat a full meal from somewhere and neither myself or the better half can find reason to complain, on any level, then they are doing something very very right.”
