"Have been going here for years and won't be going back. 5 of us had breakfast last week. I'd had a little bit and noticed a hair. I sent it back to the kitchen and they said it was part of the egg, it definitely wasn't. There was no apology, they just kept the plate. Will not be going back, the customer service was disgusting, it's a shame as we had always enjoyed the cafe."
