This is a traditional type garage where they first attempt to mend things as opposed to just fitting new parts. Local trade uses them a lot so that says something about their reputation. I've visited them infrequently but they still remember me by name. They are cheap but you definitely get quality you can trust, they never try and over charge you, and only pay for what you need unlike some garages.”

New Moon were able to send a taxi straight away so I could try to catch up with the bus at the terminus. The taxi driver kindly waited while I found the bus I’d been on and waited for the driver to finish his break and give me my handbag back. The taxi driver then got me back to my destination in time for my appointment. Thanks for the very kind service.”

“I have used them a few times to go to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Always excellent service, drivers are punctual and polite. One can track the car while it is on its way to come pick you up, and they message/ring you as soon as they arrive. Going to the airport is also a bit cheaper than others. I recommend and will use again.”

“Personally, I don’t understand why this company get so many bad reviews. I have been with Principle Insurance ever I got my first moped at 16 and I’m now upgrading my license to a 600. Each time (about twice a year) I have rung them, the staff are super friendly and nice and have helped me with any claims and questions I’ve had. Maybe because I’m a young rider I’m not seeing this from the same perspective as older riders/ drivers but personally I couldn’t recommend them enough to new riders or people just getting into riding/ driving.”
