“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “We found Tony when we first got our Irish Terrier puppy and he was amazing! When he moved, we tried a few other groomers but they didn't compare to his expertise, knowledge and care. So we managed to track him down and he's been grooming our Scout ever since. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else! He's worked to get the condition of her coat perfect and she looks beautiful every time. She's always pleased to be with him too! “Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Had to book last minute, as a previous letting agent cancelled. I was sent check-in instructions promptly and had no issues checking in myself (there is no reception desk but they send you very clear instructions on how to self-checkin). The room was spotless clean (kudos to the cleaning and maintenance team). Everything you could possibly need was available inside, from tea/coffee, microwave/oven, fridge, basic cutlery, etc. There was TV and free wifi too. Would definitely stay again in the future.”
