“This company is a scam and fraud. I ordered for a table in May 22and paid ?450. First delivery date was given after few days of the payment but soon after that another delivery date was given after 4 month. No delivery or refund. I made several complaints but not responding. Calls to their cost £2.50 per minute but after 10 minutes the line get disconnected. I have checked the company details and find it’s registered at a bogus residential address. I found them a complete fraud. Now in the process of reporting to the Police and taking country court proceedings.”

The design is very stylish. Despite the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, my sofa, ordered only a few weeks before lockdown, still arrived quicker than I had expected under the circumstances. Meanwhile, I got email updates about the situation, which was reassuring.”

“I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!”

“First class service! It's so rare you find a clothing shop assistant who is helpful as well as knowledgeable these days. Well I've found her! Kat at AXP at the Lowry is unique and I truly hope AXP appreciate what they have in her. I have a wedding shortly and not being a girly girl I was putting it off and putting it off buying an outfit. I'd been to all the big retail parks, Trafford centre, cheshire oaks etc. I walked into AXP and right away Kat acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. I explained my needs and for an hour and half Kat gave me a real shop assistants service. She looked me up and down advised me what would be best on me, picked a whole load of dresses and let me try them on and gave me a good honest opinion on everything. I was given accessories to try, shoes, jewellery and bags. I felt like I'd been transported back in time when true shop assistants gave you real genuine service. All of the high street and designer shops I'd previously been to made me feel uncomfortable, uneasy, embarrassed and I left all of them without anything. Kat was super, made me feel feminine, beautiful and found me 2 outfits that made me feel the part for my step sons wedding. She is instrumental to AXP and I'd definitely recommend her to any woman who like me feels they need some direction when choosing that special outfit. I came away with two dresses, bag, accessories and feeling like a woman.”
