"Do not buy from this company! Terrible customer service, one item arrived broken and 3 items were never delivered . I have emailed, called, left messages but nothing for over a month. I'm reporting them to Amex and Trust Pilot for fraud. Very disappointed."

"I wish I’d read reviews before buying! Appalling customer service. I received a faulty item and have been waiting now a couple of weeks to understand what is going to happen. They simply don’t come back to you when they say they will. I’m sure they are fine if the item arrives in good quality but you simply take a risk buying with them and be prepared to be very frustrated if it’s not!"

"I ordered and paid for a 3 door pine wardrobe on 10 Oct 2022 and was given a delivery date of between 11 and 16 Nov. Not received by then so sent email 17 Nov asking for definite delivery date. No reply other tha acknowledgement of my email so phoned on next day 18th and spoke to someone called Emma who said she would get me an answer by Sunday. No answer by today 22 Nov so phoned but just got recording asking me to leave message which I did saying that I was now thinking that they had no intention of delivering my item and if so I demanded a full refund as I was getting extremely annoyed at their lack of response. As has been said by other reviewers I am now wondering if this company is committing fraud and if so I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities. ***Further developments** It is now 24 Nov and I have today had three emails from Ellanoir saying that my wardrobe was now ready for despatch and it would be delivered between 25th and 30th Nov. I have also had an email from a company called Furniture to Go saying that they are fulfilling my order with Ellanoir and will send full tracking details as soon as it is collected by the courier. Maybe I am at last going to receive my goods, the next 5 days will prove if that is correct. I still think their customer service is appalling, particularly their failure to respond to emails, their inability to keep to stated delivery dates and I will certainly not be making any more purchases from them."

"This company is a scam and fraud. I ordered for a table in May 22and paid ?450. First delivery date was given after few days of the payment but soon after that another delivery date was given after 4 month. No delivery or refund. I made several complaints but not responding. Calls to their cost £2.50 per minute but after 10 minutes the line get disconnected. I have checked the company details and find it’s registered at a bogus residential address. I found them a complete fraud. Now in the process of reporting to the Police and taking country court proceedings."

"Only giving one star because there's no option for zero! I ordered an item from them, it took weeks for them to send it and after it eventually arrived there was a part missing. I contacted them to arrange a return. It took weeks of emails back and forth before they said they'd arrange a return. A couple of weeks passed and they still didn't send the return label. I tried calling but it seemed like my number was blocked and they stopped replying to emails. I eventually got a refund from Klarna."
