“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

“I have just enjoyed a three day golf break at the Mere with 20 friends and we all had a wonderful time. The rooms are delightful, clean and well designed, the food is excellent, and most importantly, the staff are all friendly and helpful. One morning, I heard cleaning staff singing to themselves - happy workers is always a sign of a good company. Thanks to all those who made our three days memorable.”

“Stayed for two nights as part of the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner package. Staff were excellent. Signature room we stayed in was very comfortable and modern. Food at breakfast, dinner and the NYE dinner all really excellent indeed. Nice temperature in the swimming pool and even nicer in the outdoor hot tub! Can't really fault this place and so would highly recommend a stay here.”

“I had a work conference at this place. Beautiful building and very open grounds. Room was nice and modern but I heard they have some older looking ones too. Staff were helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey but I'd probably go again.”

Lauren talks through each step that she’s doing and makes you feel super comfortable. If you suffer with blackheads and congested skin like I do, it’s a must!”

“First trip to The Woof Bar for my 2 cockapoos. One is very nervous, but Carole was brilliant. She welcomed them and the little walk round the garden to get to know them worked a treat. Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. “Can't recommend the new Three Stories enough, a friendly, relaxed and professional service. I enjoyed a lovely couple of hours getting my nails and a spray tan done, both were perfect (I'm very fussy!). The salon has a new owner Jackie who is making lots very stylish changes and updates. I was told there will be a relaunch coming soon with lots of new products and treatments on offer and I can't wait to go back to be pampered again! There is an online booking that is so easy and convenient for making your appointments too.”

Can recommend manicures, pedicures, great facials and massages as well as eye brow threading and eye lash tint and a host of other treatments as well. All staff excellent and friendly. Relaxing experiences and a pleasure to go for ‘the must’ treatments. Not expensive and good value.”

“Had a couple of laser hair removal sessions with Lucy and I am seeing great results. She makes you feel completely at ease and is extremely thorough. The procedure itself can be quite intimate (with certain body areas) so it is important that you are able to feel comfortable. The clinic is a lovely environment too and very calming.”

I was nervous and I was given I guided tour of the facilities by a really helpful, chatty guy that put me at my ease. All the facilities advertised on the website were there and the terrace a perfect little sun-trap. Great music too and at just the right level. I had an amazing time. And I will be going back soon!”

“Quick overview for three night stay with young child. Very helpful & efficient reception/check-in. Beautiful, clean, warm, well serviced bedroom. The only hot food available is bar food in the cafe. Such a let down! The little one largely only eats pasta & they ran out..crisis! Fabulous health club…surely the Spa bath is the most perfect in the country? Big, v warm, comfortable, sublime setup inc lighting/setting. Overall strongly recommend.”
