Lauren talks through each step that she’s doing and makes you feel super comfortable. If you suffer with blackheads and congested skin like I do, it’s a must!”

“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

Can recommend manicures, pedicures, great facials and massages as well as eye brow threading and eye lash tint and a host of other treatments as well. All staff excellent and friendly. Relaxing experiences and a pleasure to go for ‘the must’ treatments. Not expensive and good value.”

“Recently visited The Deanwater for a Business Meeting. A beautiful venue with plenty of space, lovely food and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the meeting suites, could of just done with access to a few more plugs for the laptops but on the whole would definitely return.”

“We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

The staff was a delight, Laura in the spa could not have been more helpful and pleasant if she tried, Christian the GM was so kind and welcoming and the staff in the restaurants went above and beyond. The property was beautiful and I left with the commitment to return as soon as possible. I 100% recommend staying at Mottram Hall and enjoying everything they have to offer. Wonderful property, amazing food, incredible staff and overall fantastic experience. A massive thank you to everyone at Mottram, I will be back!”
