“Lots of good covid safety measures. Really nice staff. Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.”

So very helpful and ensuring we had everything to hand before we left. Simon, who picked us for the return journey was equally professional and considerate. On time and welcoming us both. The vehicle had fresh bottled water and hand wipes provided for our use and even sweets for us to enjoy. The guidance provided for our meeting point at the airport included a short video showing exactly where Simon would be was a great touch. All in all a first class service. Thank you Longfords. Always been on time to pick us up from home and been on time in the place they said they'd be when we returned from holiday. They seem to have moved office as well - Just a couple of doors up the street.”
