They are simply like new. Some marks I thought impossible to remove he worked on specifically (even spotting some I didn’t) and removed them!! Couldn’t believe it. Last time I just needed mineral oil to season a chopping board, walk in and get a friendly greeting, I'm telling him what I'm looking for, he points me to the isle, comes over to help without needing me to ask, then when I tell him I need food safe low/no odour, he grabs two options from beside himself without looking.
