“The food was good, as was the service. It wouldn't be fair to comment on the atmosphere as we called late on a Sunday night. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys there, and pizzas were served promptly. Really loved the sourdough texture.”

“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

“Great food great place lots of good varity available hall option drinks are served to table first time round but after that you can fill as you please The halomi cheese and the tangy tomato sauce is amazing The chicken is fresh peri peri chips are amazing too The wait isn't that long either The service was great and the manager was hands on all the time keeping the other workers on track”

“On arrival we got given the menu as we waited for a table. When we got taken to our table the staff were quick at serving us and were very polite and had good knowledge of the local area as we were visiting.”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. “Great place to explore the Northern Quarter of Manchester. Staff are very welcoming on arrival. It's a self service check in system but staff are on hand to assist. Place is very clean throughout with bar and restaurant on site with quite decent prices. Rooms are excellent for the price with shops bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The tram stop is only a 5/10 minute walk if you want to explore surrounding Manchester. There is no parking but there is a car park directly opposite which you pay about £10 per day .”

“Went with a few friends and we had the best time. A nice way to see the Salford quays with a detailed audio of the locations we pass. A good selection of hot/cold/alcoholic drinks and snacks available. Clean bathrooms on board. Lovely, attentive staff. Great value for the £10 cost. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go again.”

“Its like a big white container sitting on top of the NCP multi story parking...but the oddities stop here. The hotel is amazing, new rooms, clean and quite. The self check-in was great. The parking is ample and located on the 8th floor. Very clean and safe. The hotel stay enables you to get a 24 hr parking for flat rate of 10. The location is very central to the universities.”

“Had an excellent stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly even though I checked in in the middle of the night. Room was large and comfortable. Free parking was available as well as a free electric car charger which was a bonus. Overall would definitely recommend and will return in the future.”

“Very warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Just returned from one night at this hotel. Me and my boyfriend only had 1 problem which was 1 dirty towel. Other than that you can complain for the price. Comfy bed and room appeared clean. Great location and friendly staff. The room was small but I expected that and the bathroom reminded me of a train toilet but bigger but its budget so again I expected that. Had tea and coffee facilities and a little wardrobe area and desk. We parked in the q Park piazza behind the hotel for £22 for 24 hrs with the 25% discount from hotel. I would stay here again :)”

“Overall, a good place to rest in Manchester. Despite the necessity of a new face and a general cleaning, the hotel offers comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the staff there was very friendly! Moreover, the price was very affordable being an hotel near the city centre (5 min walking).”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”

“Room was as shown in the photos. No faults regarding cleanliness at all. Hotel decor modern and trendy. Bathroom was great, AC in the room worked well although slightly noisy but no real complaints. Extractor did not seem to do a great job in the bathroom but no damp/mouldy smells so must have been working. Would definitely stay again.”

“I don't have high enough praise for my stay here! It's cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are second to non! TV, double bed, hairdryer, huge shower, hot shower, phone, tea coffee station, blackout curtains,.ac/heating all for 39 quid!! Oh and most importantly clean carpet and bedding! Oh and huge clean towels that cover you from neck to toes! Food all day! The restaurant staff are amazing! The proper check in desk and procedures lockable door, key card entry. WiFi! It's everything it says it is!”

“Can't recommend Fraser highly enough. Always get an excellent service. He's great with our dog who needed to be socialised properly after lockdown. Gave us some superb tips as to how to handle challenging behaviours, all of which worked a treat. Looking forward to a long working relationship!”
