Chris was fantastic, he was professional and down to earth. He was very direct and to the point, and was patient in explaining the process as it was the first time I had ever sold a property. Chris was clear and not pushy in the slightest. He was able to give me several options and the information to come to my own conclusion.It was clear he had my best interests and that of the buyer in mind. “Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. The whole practice is very efficient and staff show how much they care for our pets.”

“I have had my princess wishbone ring for just under two years and yesterday the top of my ring came off, i was upset as i haven’t taken it off since i bought. i went into the bolton store in the market place just to see if they could do anything to repair the ring. i was served by Ethan and he was very helpful and could tell her wanted to help. he said that he could send it away for a small fee for it to get repaired and i agreed. he then came back from the office and told me the ring couldn’t be repaired but as a gesture of of good will i could have a new one for nothing. i was over the moon and very appreciative as i never take this ring off as it’s my favourite. i was devastated when it broke so this act of kindness from the bolton pandora store and this young man meant a lot. they didn’t have to anything but they did and they went out of their way to put a smile on my face . thank you so much leia xx”

“A very nice museum where you can look at the art and history of Bolton. The Egyptian history is also a highlight in this museum It is free of charge and the staff are nice and helpful”
