She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. The wait was only short and the staff member did all she could to minimise our wait. The service in preparing the shoes was very professional and they did all that they could to keep it covid secure. We have used Hands for years and have always found the staff members professional and knowledgeable, there is no pressure sales it is all about making sure that the shoe is right for the child. Customer service is key and this is something that always differentiates Hands from other stores, the customer is key and they make sure there is a no rush service. For a local business they really know their customer base and know what the schools allpw and disallow. I can highly recomend Hands.”
