“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “Tom is an absolute legend. In England visiting family. Decided I needed to add to my collection. Went here for a walk in. Received nothing but quality banter and pristine lines. I love the feeling of getting tattooed but he made it such a chilled environment that I ended up having a nap at one point. Woke up with the cling wrap on my leg and mascara on the table. Was absolute zen. If you want fine detail work and art that will last and you want to show off then this is your man. I’ll see you next year when I’m back in the UK!”
