“Great response from the Stockport Primark team regarding the access to the lift buttons. The buttons weren’t accessible on both levels to my daughter from her wheelchair. The On-Duty Manager actively listened to my observation and agreed it was an overlooked concern for wheelchair users. I noted shortly afterwards the area around the buttons on both levels were clear and my daughter could access the buttons independently. These small details really make a difference to people who strive to be independent despite their various mobility challenges. It’s a Well Done from me and many thanks to the Primark Team.”

I had to get something last minute and I spoke to the customer service team to ask if they could send something across urgently and my stunning outfits came straight away.
