● Open“Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer. I appreciate things can go wrong but its how a company deals with these hiccups that really makes a difference. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Adrianne”

No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”
