“Can not go wrong with this place the food is good It seems to get very busy and even sold out of pizza the first time I went so I had to go the next day. The pizza was very good and I would go again.”

“It's been a fantastic journey for the Cibus team, and their Levenshulme restaurant strides out ahead of the pack, offering a sophisticated dining experience. The first notable point is how much this doesn't feel like a Levenshulme location but more aligned with Manchester dining venues. The lighting is low and creates an intimate atmosphere, heightened by the proximity to other diners, which some may feel a bit too close but you've got to pack them in - on the 2 occasions I've visited both have been packed! The food is as perfect as you'd expect. The ingredients are carefully selected to offer a taste that doesn't hit you over the head, instead offering subtle flavours. Pair this with a carefully curated selection of wines and beers and you've got a great night guaranteed. If you have room I'd definitely recommend having the Pistachio ice cream to finish - the best I've tasted this side of the North Sea.”

“One thing you can always be sure of; your food will always be cooked to order and arrive as hot as it should. I've ordered approx 10 times via just eat, once or twice via deliveroo and once via their own website at 2 separate addresses and accounts. The Deets: - The strong point of Nostra is their kebabs, i've only tried each of their variations of chicken kebab, and the shish and they always come juicy and flavoursome, only once was the chicken kebab dry. The shish is definitely among the best, and i lived in rusholme for 3 years; small cubes of juicy flavoursome lamb, chargrilled. - The salad always arrives as if it was cut that day, always impressed with how fresh it is - NEVER disappointed. - The kebab bread is thin and charred but actually very pleasant; not too heavy and soaks up all the sauce and juices. - Chips are on the cheap side, but do the job. Always hot and cripsy and have a nice potato flavour. but dry and lack potato filling. This i actually have no problem with and rather enjoy. - Pizza just basic really but again, always hot and fresh. Maybe light on the toppings especially if you order double, but for the price i can't really complain. - My missus always orders hot wings and corn if that means anything Conclusion: If you want consistency you have found it. The fact that even their chips always come hot and fresh, and their salad is always crispy and fresh says a lot. You will always get freshly cooked food even if the quality is not stand out. However, the actual star of Nostra are the kebabs since they are so unique and great. Do yourself a favour and get a shish or chicken kebab with mint and chilli sauce”

“Literally the best pizza in Gtr Manchester easily… The owners are lovely once you get to know them and they have some great offers on over lunchtime but overall it’s really good value for money. “This was a random stop to try the pizza since I was in the area. Every Italian shall be judged by their Margherita pizza and they passed very well, wood fired pizza done in less than 5 minutes like the waiter claimed. Tasted very fresh and the size was 12" so good value for the money. The crust of the bread or dough was not so airy but didn't taste chewy either. See photos attached.”

“What can I say. A little hiccup with the pizza. Purely accidental, it got squashed under other food. The restaurant was amazing. Very apologetic and replaced it in record time. “Casa is like a second home to me, my family have been going here ever since they first opened, every birthday every Christmas we are there, the food is out of this world! My favourite is the half cheese half tomato garlic bread and the tagliatelle supreme!! I could go on. The customer service is excellent they are so friendly and try to have laughs with everyone! Casa nostra is the best Italian I’ve ever been too! Even when we get it to takeaway it is just like being in the restaurant itself!”

“Great authentic Italian restaurant, the courtyard makes you feel like you're in Southern Italy! Food is great quality and freshly made on the night. The pizza was smaller than I anticipated but that allowed for a more well rounded meal than you might get at another Italian restaurant as we also had room for a starter and a dessert. Covid safe and staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Tried the special (Tomahawk) this time. Magnificent! The lovely waitress remembered I like my steak rare/blue and very tentatively informed us how to get the best out of the meat. STUNNING! They usually sell out of Cheesecake, but I got some tonight and it was WELL worth the wait! How do I give more than 5 stars?”

“We came in for dinner on a Tuesday. The weeknight evening set menu was a great deal with really fresh, tasty and authentic food in generous portion sizes. Service was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal - even had some leftovers to look forward to at lunch the next day! Highly recommended.”
