Very comforting and reassuring as it was my first time. He fully made me aware what I needed was going to cause discomfort momentarily but will do me the world of good later on. “Really popular leisure centre, they seem to do everything well. My son has health condition and 1st aiders were great, but with only 1 lift to floors can be problematic in emergency.”
