A follow up call to review my progress was also appreciated. The clinic was clean & well equipped. Would highly recommend.”

“I visited Sand for the first time today after a pretty awful experience at another salon. Linda got my hair back to the exact colour I was after and she was so lovely! The gentleman who dried and straightened my hair afterwards was also lovely (so sorry I forgot your name!). The salon itself is gorgeous, really peaceful, really clean and exactly what you’d want from a salon. “My teenage daughter dislocated her knee cap and damaged her ACL. She is a keen dancer who would like to have a career in dance, so it was imperative that she had a good physio programme to aid her recovery. Her injury occurred just before the Covid19 lockdown, and so all sessions bar one, were done online. Ian was a great support to her (and to me!) and was reassuring and positive while making sure she was working hard at making her knee and the area around it stronger. The online sessions worked well and Ian would email us with with a different programme each week, tailored to her needs. Although my daughter’s injury has now fully healed, Ian also gave her good advice on injury prevention and set her an ongoing programme in this regard. My daughter’s recovery has been incredible and I would highly recommend Ian.”

“I found Toni through Google search. I did work with her for about 3 months dealing with the mostly my anxiety around being in a relationship with someone.
