“We had the Christmas day meal here. Starters a curry and dessert. Food was good and the waiter was attentive and looked after us. There was plenty to eat and ended up with a doggy bag to take home.”

“Had a great experience at Mowgli’s in Manchester’s Corn Exchange. Booking highly recommended. Great drinks list with a range of delicious cocktails and interesting wines. We ordered a bottle of the Romanian Pinot Noir which was very enjoyable. Food was great, but it is absolutely tiny portions, and as a table of 7 it would have been handy had the wait-staff advised us about portion sizes and encourage us to get two of each or something. Everyone was very excited about the yoghurt bombs so we ended up ordering another round of those, as well as the sticky chicken and angry chicken. The curries were excellent too, and we ordered more plus extra roti’s (flat breads). Three bowls of rice was plenty for the table. The bill worked out at £29 a head which was extremely good value.”

“This isn't a fancy restaurant, don't expect ambience or service. Just quality of food. Freshness and cost effective. Quickness and consistency. Cheap and almost home like. Hot tandoori roti.. P.S. Can be slightly oily sometimes, but still better than many others.”
