"Ordered on a busy evening was told clearly it would be no longer than an hour for delivery. Still waiting after an hour and 30 minutes. Have called - apparently it is en route and has been for 20 minutes. We are only 5 minutes from the shop. Lady on the phone was not even very apologetic… It’s a shame … it used to be good before it changed … will use the Golden Bowl in future…"
