● Open“Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are lovely and they offer room service. All of their food is delicious from the restaurant and when delivered to rooms. They have a hot tub as well as a pool (though they don't allow kids in it). Well cleaned, baths and showers are well maintained but you may need to ask for a fan in the summer as the windows don't open fully. Only thing to watch out for (especially for business travellers) is if you require wifi access for more than 1 hour, you have to pay extra.”

● Open“My family was looked after really well while we attended a family funeral at the church next door. Novotel provided great rooms for us all, as well as the funeral reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything worked really well. The staff team is great.”
