Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”

“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

“Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

“Booked hotel through Secret Escapes for 2 nights.... more than exceeded our expectations. Friendly reception staff member on arrival together with concierge who took our luggage to our room . Lovely Riverside superior room spacious with all usual amenities. A very nice breakfast widechoice generous portions of food....again friendly service from restaurant staff. Great location short walk into centre of Manchester.. Well recommended.”

“Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. “We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

The interior is modern, clean and comfy. The lady serving us was polite and friendly. The food was excellent. “My experience living at Globe House has been nothing but pleasant. I love my spacious apartment and the facilities downstairs such as the spa & gym are just a bonus. It takes me 10/15 minutes to walk straight into the city centre which is ideal for me. I would definitely recommend living here, all the staff are kind and considerate and I never miss a parcel with the concierge service!”
