“Been using mkm in sharston for a while now the lads in the yard on behind the tills are a great helpful bunch always doing there best that your happy not like the other builder's merchants not so far away. They will always try beat prices and I'd say 90% of the Time they do always gonna have the odd item tgat might find a quid or 2 cheaper. Had tgere kitchen designer Stuart hankinson designing my kitchen great service nothing was too much trouble and went into detail of spec kitchen to suit everyone needs. Great service great guy keep up the great work”

“Love screwfix always got everything u need. Usually the staff are ok here mostly miserable except for Jason who handled my issue outstandingly. Had a product that failed outside of a month of purchase but swapped it for a new one with no condescending questioning which I had experienced in the past. He even taught me how to use the express app and I'm pretty young and tech savy. Jason is a gem, we need more of them”

Right from our first visit the customer service was first class, Darren talked us through the process after we had chosen our kitchen and after the CAD survey we had a date and the fitter we chose was excellent started Monday completely finished by Friday.Response to solve a couple of issues during the fitting was very quick. “I have recommended this shop many times. They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”
