"Having been totally ignored for many minutes, (even though the shop was empty) I was a little surprised when an employee walked straight past me and started typing into a nearby work station and a second employee started to attend to another customer who had entered the shop some time after me. The first employee then refused to come to talk to me when I said I would like to ask a question. I won't deal with rude people and I will spend my money elsewhere. q"

We popped in today around 12pm without pre-ordering so were wary about what would be available, but we were served and helped by a super friendly woman with short blonde hair, she advised us on the best products to get and the availability, and was so chatty for the whole transaction. We are so pleased with our visit today and the great customer service received."
