“I visited the shop on Tuesday 16th when in Bury for business meeting. I'd popped in to the arcade to head to Boots Opticians and saw the shop. I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.”

They arrived and were the wrong colour (my fault for not checking the label correctly) Karon went out of her way to help me find the matching jacket for the trousers I had ordered from them.
