High quality clothes in Salford

“I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.”

“This is by far the best school school in Manchester. Staff are extremely experienced especially the young lady With the long curly hair. She kept my 2 kids entertained and rewarded them at the end of them trying everything on. She deserves alot of praise. Looked at my child and knew what size she needed straight away and was able to offer her advice on skirts and many other expertises of uniforms. The environment was lovely and my 2 kids were very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

“Purchased a shirt, tie and requested a suits worth of buttons (to have my own suit altered) which they sent free of charge! I even offerred to pay for the buttons and postage but they refused, truly a company that cares and wants to offer the best quality service! I only wish I could have bought a suit from them but unfortunately they don't offer Long variations for suit sizes. However, if I ever end up in Salford and need a suit for any occasion rest assured I will be visiting because the customer service was exceptional considering I was an online customer also FYI the shirt / tie are fantastic quality.”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “Nice little store squeezing lots of lovely bits and pieces in, also has a fresh bakery. Was a bit useless in the veggie/vegan front prior to Christmas but it's got loads of new items now, so as long as it's a permanent change and not just for January, I'll be going more often from now on. It's always clean and tidy with staff working hard. There's been a few occasions where I've had queries or needed assistance and the staff have been extremely helpful and approachable. I'm still missing my Little Waitrose, but happy to have found somewhere else nice to shop (eventually). It's a pleasant shopping experience; would prefer more manned checkouts though, can't abide self-service tills.”

“I love TK Maxx, I like their layout, their products, and their atmosphere. There’s a section for clearance. I like their candles especially Sand + Fog collection, hair products, sunglasses, and handbags. I like how their tills arranged. It’s like treasure hunting. I also like their bathroom selection.”
