"Awaiting a refund from two months ago. Contacted them countless times and phoned (had to Google the number as they don’t have it on their website). Very angry with this company. Do not buy from as they do not refund you!! UPDATE- Brand Threads have apologised for the delay and Jennie has been very communicative. After the initial issue with contact they have been good. Thank you"

"The product we ordered looked fantastic but a rip appeared on a seam really quickly with very little wear. We sent them a picture of the rip and they said they would replace the product for us. We never received the replacement and when we contacted them about this they did not return our emails. It’s a shame because I think the product was great, just a shame about the rip and customer service."
