“Was staying at a hotel and Ordered some food on just eat. The estimated time for delivery Had passed but the app said the food was delivered. So i phoned the restaurant to find out what happened. I was told that the driver arrived, tried phoning me, but no answer, so they left (I didn't recieve any phonecalls, I was using my phone all the time I was waiting for my delivery) . The guy on the phone apologised, and said he would get fresh food made up for me. After I got off the phone I realised there were missed calls from the driver, even though my phone didn't ring. 15 minutes my replacement order arrived, the driver was apologetic and understanding, and smiling, even though the initial problem was kind of my fault (technology problem I guess),.... Food was lovely, full of flavour, and hot. ..And this was at 3am. That's what you call customer service! Great food, great service, great restaurant. Fully recommend”

Atmosphere was nice but a little too dark in booth and music so loud that's it was hard to talk to people on opposite end of table but other than that it was an incredible experience and the staff are very helpful”

“Great selection of fresh and chilled products. Clean and friendly and well laid out. Plus tends to not get too busy as it's located just off the main road. Also has a free ATM outside which lots of people miss and end up queuing at a busier one round the corner.”

“The customer service here is brilliant. Guys are very nice and talk to you with respect really showing appreciation. Wings are very nice and would definitely recommend everyone try them. I had the bacon burger which was abit on the sweet side. Not sure if that was the bacon or the sauce? But will be trying the one without bacon so will update soon. Nice and warm. Quick and good service.”
