“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. “I saw Richard Saxton for a chronic pain in my achillies. 2 visits, with massage and exercises: clear concise instruction, both written and verbal to do at home were realistic & adapted for my ability - I now no longer require pain relief & can walk the dogs pain free & even manage a few hills. “Awesome experience! I was suffering from ED and Azoospermia since last 2 years. I met several urologists/andrologists and they had conflicting views about the actual reason behind it. I never felt confident to get treatment from them. Finally, I met Dr. Vaibhav Modgil and he explained to me clearly the reason behind the problem and how he can help us in planning a baby. He performed a surgical sperm retrieval (micro-TESE) for me and recovered a good amount of sperm for my wife's IVF/ICSI. I was also suffering from prepetual adhesions for which he performed a minor procedure to divide them and make them normal too. His confidence and patient-friendly approach made us feel overwhelmed. “After suffering from wisdom tooth pain for a while I contacted the practice and had an initial consultation with Dr Asim Ahmed. I have never enjoyed the dentist but Dr Asim put my mind at ease in the meeting. He diligently and professionally explained the issue and the potential solutions. Following his advice I booked in an appointment for the dental procedure (removal of a wisdom tooth which I had heard could be a difficult procedure) On the day of the appointment he was a welcome calming presence and before I knew it the procedure was finished. I was expecting operation to be painful, but I can honestly say I didn't not feel any pain at all which was a relief. Dr Asim then explained the post op instructions and I was on my way. I can happily say that I am no longer suffering. So thank you Dr Asim for your candour and professionalism.”
