“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“My cockapoo Tilly has always come to this Vets from being a puppy. Recently she had a few issues, and after falling ill again, I explained that I would not put her through any further operations, she was 12 and I couldn't bear for her to suffer. The Vet Sarah was really kind, explained how everything would work, and also discussed alternatives. After discussing all options we unfortunately made the decision to put her to sleep, and although very sad, I was happy how calm everything was, and how nothing was rushed.”

“Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly. I have also been seeing them regularly regarding an ongoing ear issue and they have been amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. a special shout out to Lucy, Amy, jen and paige for going above and beyond and being so professional and caring.”

“We visited gravity yesterday with our 3 & 4 year old and within 5 minutes of being there unfortunately my 3 year old took a turn for the worst and had a seizure, the two young women who helped us was out of this world, calm and collected and amazingly helpful in every way, a huge Thankyou to Sian who called the ambulance and the other women who took my daughter away from the situation and got her ice cream and slush, you was both amazing and made me feel calm in the situation by being so helpful and supportive. Thankyou again for everything x”

“I had an infection sitting in and under an upper molar. Pain like I've never experienced before. Called 8am in the morning, lovely lady on the phone, booked me in for just after lunch. Reception staff very friendly and the dentist and her nurse were fantastic. Anesthetic, Xray and extraction with great aftercare in under 20 minutes. If you have an emergency over the weekend, don't suffer till Monday, give them a call!”

He has transformed our dog to a bouncy cheeky boy he once was. Just wish we had found this place earlier. I really do recommend Burford Vets to all my friends. Great friendly people who have taken care of our dog and ourselves at times too!”

“Justine and Co offer a fantastic service. She's looked after our dog Elsie many times and has gone over and above in times of need, on one occasion putting in extra time to tale Elsie to emergency vets. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind. Elsie loves it there and always comes home shattered after a big play with the other daycare doggies. Thanks Elite”
