I suffer from mental health problems where I have good days and very bad days, i have my reviews here at the pharmacy where I can discuss anything because i know it is confident and will stay within these walls. “Best pharmacy hands down, gone are the hours and hours of hanging round a lloyds or rowlands while the staff have a chat in the back leaving you standing round for ages, Truepill is the future, put your order through and within 47 hours meds are at your door, nice delivery staff and great customer service, for those who complained about weekends it is a local courier service so bare this in mind as most don't deliver at weekends so long as you order sensibly with at least 2 days before weekend you will get your meds, would 100% recommend.”

“After much talking with Cohens H/O, with Gabriella and then on to Mr David Wright, things have finally worked out at the Boston Spa branch who now have a shop manager called Liam. I've wished Liam well with his new role and spoke again with Gabriella, I think it's wonderful that after a short telephone call, all these wonderful changes have now taken effect, it's really lovely to know that you are listened to by a huge Pharmaceutical Group. Most people would think "oh don't bother calling them, they'll take no notice of what you have to say, they're a business afterall", this couldn't be further from the truth. They are excellent communicators, they show empathy and sympathy and it's more than obvious that they care about their customers very much. I've been faithful to Cohens for many years and can honestly say that I will carry on doing so. If you've changed your pharmacy to say, somewhere in Wetherby but live in Boston Spa. Please come back, Liam has only been there a couple of weeks and already there is a vast improvement.
