"Such a shame used to be fab, but its gone downhill fast. Meds messed up, excuses all the time for one thing or another. Gutted coz the staff were nice at one point, dont know what changed? Unfortunately I had to vote with my feet and leave. I now use Lloyd's on cheapside and the service is excellent."

"The staff here are really nice. They understanding my special needs and give me the extra time I need. They help me fill in the forms and talk my through taking my meds. Sometimes I do have to come back the next day to get my prescription but that’s understand that they don’t keep special drugs in stock always. I’ve never had a problem returning and find their selection of products good. Prices can be cheaper at other places though, just depends on budgets."
