“Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !! “Pleasantly surprised; Travelodge doesn't always have the best reputation but I booked a few weeks in advance and managed to get a Saver Rate room at £37 for the night as somewhere to stay for a night out. Very budget hotel but clean and warm room, couldn't hear any noise in the corridors or any road noise (when the window was closed) and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the car park, staff friendly and security presence at night. Didn't have breakfast or use the bar/cafe facilities so can't comment on those.”

“A fantastic service provided by a fantastic company. They were amazing in finding me hotels and flights for Malaysia and Thailand at an extremely competitive price. They even provided airport transfers to and from my hotel at both locations. I can't fault sky direct travel as there was nothing more they could have done for me as everything was perfect. Big shout out to waseem who was a massive help when deciding which hotel would be most suitable for me. He was patient and informative and kept in touch throughout the whole booking process and even contacted me after the trip to make sure everything went fine and there were no issues .
