We asked the staff if they had seen it or if it had been handed in and this lovely member of the store staff, Dawn I believe her name was, quickly ran around asking not only her colleagues but also staff members from other venders if they had had the bag handed in. She found the handbag and incredibly kindly gifted my Nana some flowers for all the stress she had experienced; she was delighted and so relieved. Thank you to Dawn you have made our day and your kindness won’t be forgotten !”
