“This shop/store is amazing ,, and super pet friendly .. I went here today after being “turfed out” of Dunelm with a 12 week old Dalmatian puppy,,,, I understand stores have policies but Dunelm need to move with the times it’s 2023.. Sofology have dog bowls upon entry, the staff are super friendly particularly Paris and the other lady I think her name is Amanda,, super helpful , super smiley and an asset to the company… I haven’t been in this store before but would highly recommend it,,, furniture is stunning, modern and very reasonably priced…..loved it Staff are super friendly .., would highly recommend”

“I was so impressed with both Beth and Jess at the Benchmarx Stockport branch - they couldn't have gone more out of their way to help me with a prompt design service and then a follow up appointment to run through colours and other potential cost saving or kitchen enhancing options. The price was also very reasonable compared to competitors, and their range of kitchens are fantastic - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benchmarx kitchens to anyone, but more specifically Beth and Jess at this branch, and I hope to use them again many times in future!”

They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

We had already ordered a kitchen through an alternative supplier but as our builder highly recommended them, we thought we would take a look. Advised me on how the sofa would arrive and talked about the dimensions, in order to get it up the stairs. Put a deposit down and had to wait until I got the keys to my new property. The initial design stage didn’t take long but then Jill had endless patience in working with us over a period of months to ensure that we were happy with every detail; their showroom was great for us see exactly what we were getting and if something we were considering wasn’t in stock they would order samples. We never felt rushed or pressured into make decisions and found Jill’s advice invaluable. The fitting was professional and to a high standard as was the customer service from all members of the team in dealing with inevitable unforeseen queries that every build encounters. We were able to create a bespoke kitchen of an excellent quality and throughout felt as though we were working with a local, family business who really cared about the end product as much as we did. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result.”
