“The reason for many a happy Sunday night! The Wok Inn is one of the best Chinese takeaways in the local area in my personal opinion. I have been ordering from here for easily a decade now and I have never been disappointed. The lady behind the counter is lovely and never hesitates to add in very generous extras for paying over certain prices. The food always tastes excellent and from what I can see the kitchen looks professional and very clean. Ordering is easy and quick and thr food is always ready upon arrival. Definitely worth a go if you happen to be in the local area.”

Her customer service skills are on point and she knows how to treat people respectfully and with compassion. My experience with her was fantastic and I can't praise her enough. We had a minor issue with a staff member refusing disability access to my aunt but Lucy was quick to intervene and resolve the incident with kindness and empathy. I have worked in hostility for 18 years and I am confident to say this lady knows how to manage with dignity and respect. Massive well done for you and everything you do”

“This is a takeaway that I consistently return to. Staff are friendly, albeit incredibly busy!! This is a testament to how good the food is though, lots of orders coming through from returning customers. The menu is extensive enough and caters for most palettes, they do a baked beans pizza! People usually go ‘ewww’ when I tell them but it’s the thing I order the most from here, consistently good! (1 of your 5 a day ha!) It has an open kitchen and a 5 star hygiene rating. Delivery is within the hour even at peak times, drivers are friendly and polite. I collect a lot from here and orders are usually ready within 20 minutes.”

“Great place for Indian, Pizzas and Kebab's etc. Pizzas are good... Kebab's are better (old school with proper salad) But Curry's are AMAZING! We have eaten from many takeaways and more Indian takeaways than most, but this place ! Oah Wow, the flavours in the Curries are so deep and intense, unlike anywhere else locally (especially the specials Gorkali etc) Great Quality Prices are pretty good too. Quick turn around on orders. “Been going to Bosons chippy for years as its one of the best chippies in Hyde. Probably the only chippy that has a small restaurant attached to it where you can have a meal and drink without leaving the premises. Ideal for families and friends to meet up. The food is fresh and of quality, fish is now only cooked when order which makes the fish better. Caters for most people who like English traditional chippy teas etc. The staff are pleasant and friendly.”
