“This place is mindblowing! Beautiful decor, absolutely spotless, coffee and sandwiches to die for. And the prices are very good. Beautiful oat vanilla latte & the most delicious chicken tikka sandwich. Even if I’m not hungry, whenever I happen to be in Manchester, I make sure I get 1 for later Lol. The owner is a very decent, sincere and genuine gentleman. He works with passion and prices, quality of products, cleaniness and his approach to clients reflect that. Always happy and professional. I can’t wait to go & grab my fav sandwich again. Definitely a place to go, not just whilst waiting for your bus!”

First time I've been served egg & beans on toast as a toasted sandwich but I'll be making it that way for myself in the future. Coffee was fresh and smooth.”

“We’ve been coming to Cocoa Tree for a number of years. It’s a nice little independent shop smelling like a sweet dream. The coffee and cakes are always fresh and delicious with smiley and welcoming staff. It’s always nice to see Mariana and have a chat and a giggle. This little gem worth a visit if you’re in the area or passing by.”

“Serendipitea is our local! Birthdays, anniversaries or just any excuse for a Gathering Of The Clans - we're here! This isn't just a café, it's a proper community hub. The food is fantastic quality, the staff are lovely and they take pride in serving their community and giving back. They DO cater for veggies/vegans/allergy sufferers - but their sausages are EPIC! If your dog is well-behaved, they're welcome too.”

“Manchester on a Sunday Morning for Bruch was a lot busier than we thought. Luckily we got a table at Idle Hands. I'm super glad we did. Lovely atmosphere. We ordered and shared: Meaty Hash Brown Stack and Divorced Eggs. Both tasted fantastic. Food came quickly and was presented like a work of art. It was so good, I really can't recommend it enough. I ordered one of their famous pies and can tell why. I got the Banana Milk Pie and it was so light and creamy. Top marks.”

“Lovely little brunch spot, don’t let the queues and wait time tune you off it’s well worth it. I had steak and eggs with a batch filter and a Bloody Mary. Steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. Coffees were tasty and Bloody Mary hit the spot. Can’t remember what my partner had but it was also delicious. Offers on the cocktails. “Great stay at the Cornerstones guest house. Spotlessly clean room - nice decor and loads of space. Had all the comforts I needed including a hairdryer. Lovely big bathroom, excellent shower and loads of space to put all my bits and pieces out. Free parking included. Lovely welcome and top notch host. Excellent vale for money.”

Painting unicorns, making memories all with a brew, juice for the children, gorgeous cake, just wonderful. I truly could not recommend this lovely venue to all ages, enough!! Beans not exactly to my liking, neither the method of serving tea, but for most people they would probably be OK. Excellent service by a happy, cheerful and well organized waitress. “Wow! We had an amazing dinner, and rather by accident. We were trying to drop in at Rudy’s to celebrate some spontaneous good news, but hadn’t made a reservation. Feeling a little gutted, we happened upon Borrello while heading back to Sale High Street… The food was amazing! The pan-fried prawns were deliciously zesty and crisp, and the stewed ribs were just so flavourful and hearty; just beautiful! I had a Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil, and my partner had the catch of the day (Lemon Butter Sole with Truffle Chips). Aside from feeling so fancy, the flavours were all perfectly and delicately balanced. My partner finished her meal with fudge cake and ice cream, which she polished off neatly. I was way too full for dessert. The portion sizes are big, in my opinion, but the food tasted so good we put away the lot with no problem. My eyes feel like they’re about to pop, but I’m very satisfied. Excellent service, great atmosphere (lovely decor - the walls are impressive) and reasonably priced too for the experience. We had a great time and hope you do too!”
