“Surprised to see reviews regarding customer service, our experiences here have always been fantastic. Staff are really helpful, always been greeted with a smile on arrival etc. Rules and layout of sessions are clearly given to make the session run smoothly. Amazing range of facilities, usually you would have to choose between a play centre or trampoline park whereas they have both here. Food is very reasonably priced too which is always a plus. Definitely recommend”

“My son had his birthday party at the Crossley Centre this weekend and I can honestly say it was an amazing venue. Total value for money and such a large space, we had room for an indoor bouncy castle and still loads of room for all the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone. “We attended a session as part of a group of Cub Scouts last night. There were 27 of us and everyone had a great time! From the start, staff were very friendly and attentive whilst managing out group check in. The session itself was very well supervised and great fun. One of our Cubs injured their knee during the session and they were looked after very well by the member of staff. I can not recommend this place enough!”

“Really good but make sure you get there early. We paid online but they couldn't find any confirmation on their side. I was able to show my account with proof of payment and she took some details to investigate with IT their side. All handled very well. Regardless of that, be sure to get there early as there's a bit of a queue and you don't want to be starting late. You get 90 mins which includes se real wave sessions and use of the slides which are really good. Height for the slide is about 120cm minimum. We will definitely go back”

“Great place ...you can just go in for a coffee and a read. Car parking is free just hand in your ticket to get a refund. Watch the bowling. Go on the roof and have a rest in the garden.”

“Kids swimming lessons are here. The swim teachers are great with the kids, especially my reluctant and sometimes stubborn son! Have also made use of the 5 a side facilities which are also great. I believe the gym is good value for money too and classes always seem packed.”

It is used by the school during term times, so be aware if you plan to visit before 3PM on weekdays, but the schedule is regularly updated to reflect this. Very reliable local leisure centre, well worth supporting.”
