“My wife and I adopted a dog yesterday and travelled up to pets at home late on yesterday evening, as we were looking around for the essentials we needed to be ready for when our dog arrives, we were unsure of the dog crate we required so asked for some assistance, this is where we met Leah, being from a management background I could tell that she was either relatively new to the job or lacked a little confidence, Leah you needn't of been nervous you answered all of our questions fantastically and even upsold us a few items as we were going around the store, fair play to you, you are a credit to the store and we really appreciated your help, hopefully these reviews are read and recocognised by your management team, these days people are quick to put a bad review on but won't go to the effort to send praise when it's due, so well done Leah and thanks again . “Had my mums 80th party yesterday at the Church Inn. Can't speak highly enough, the staff were superb throughout the day, nothing was too much trouble at all, the buffet was top notch. Thanks guys, very much appreciated”

“Spent a lovely weekend here. Loved the shop. Jams, fresh milk and butter, Weather was on our side. Views was fab. The wet rooms was reasonably clean. Had a free bird show from a man flying his bird. The owner did say I could go over to him to see the bird, but I was in the middle of our dinner. You can hear a little road noise but that didn't put us off. We will return sometime soon. There is an adult only area but I prefer the main field. Love seeing family happy when their camping. .”

“Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”

“I have two Chihuahuas one of which suffers from really bad breath and bad teeth due to her breed. Me and my mum had tried everything from bones, flavoured toys, special food when we came across the Bogar Dental Mint dog toothpaste on Healthful pets. Within days we could tell the difference and her teeth have slowly started getting stronger and brighter. Best of all our dog Grace really loves the taste! The customer service was great and the postage was really good. Will definitely be buying all my dog products from here again.”

“Went here a few weeks back after trying a few other pet stores and not being happy with the service or advice. From when I walked in I was greeted and had a browse, I got talking to the lady owner and she was generally interested in listening to me and hearing about my dog and was lovely when I asked alot of questions about various treats and food dispite knowing I wouldn't be buying food that day. I got the treats and my dog has loved them and I have been happy knowing he has the right ones for him. Will be going back today to stock up and thanks to the store taking pride in adhering to covid circumstances providing santister etc I feel safe in doing so also.”
