“So my review is me just me doing a flying visit as we delivered an entrance easel and our baby boxes which we (Bolton Balloon Fairies) provide to hire. Upon entry you get the warmth family feeling, the decor is modern, the staff were very friendly and there was ample space to hold an occasion, there is an easy accessible wheelchair entrance and I would definitely recommend taking a visit whether it be for a drink, family meal or to have an occasion. A very well looked after place and was very clean.”

“Lovely public house with a great beer garden and an outside function room. Smallish car park with room for maybe 12 cars. Been living in the local neighbourhood for almost 13 years and never knew this existed. Well done for turning a small local pub into a great venue for small parties. Will be visiting again.”

“We were ALMOST put off by the recent reviews... but decided to go anyway and I'm so glad we did. They are very upfront about the limited menu, and new staff still being in training. We ordered 14 meals, with a few extra sides/starters and everything came out together, well presented, hot and in reasonable time. I had the "Seasoned Bird" chicken burger, it was great! We then went in the soft play for an hour or so, the kids (4, 6 & 7) loved it! Could have maybe done with an extra member of staff in the attached cafe, the lady running it was lovely, she signs everyone in, takes your orders and prepares the hot drinks... she will sleep well tonight! Recent reviews make it clear they've had their fair share of teething problems... but don't let that stop you from going!”

“Visited Rain Bar for pre-concert food and drinks last night. Service was great (thank you Ursula!) and the fish and chips was excellent, and great value in my opinion. In fact, everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing, so will be back soon to try one of the home-made pot pies.”

“Amazing venue. Stunning decor & renovation of the original church. Beautiful interior. Foods great, service fantastic and so accommodating. We held a baby shower here for 25 people. The catering and assistant service (esp Caitlyn was exemplary, above & beyond. Fantastic calm and well prepared service from assistant manager Liz whose inter personal skills, as well as organisational delivery was personal and utterly perfect. Fab for a party /baby shower/event. Discreet and private upper floor for functions although there are stairs to climb. Food was yummy too. Attentive for drinks and service. Will definitely visit Bistrot Piérre again for Food and drinks I highly recommend this gorgeous venue for parties/events etc....”

“Visiting the area on a Friday night and saw good reviews online. Had a box with two proteins. Very nicely cooked, very tasty, and full of flavour. Good size portions but not too much that will get wasted. Well recommended. Will definitely visit again when in the area.”
