“Me and my family went here for a birthday tea off of a shining recommendation. Could not recommend more, the food was amazing, best jalfrezi I’ve ever had. The mixed starter was gorgeous. Could not have asked for a better server, Jax treated everyone single of us like royalty. Every thing was evenly priced and amazing portion sizes. Everything we needed was met instantly. Can not wait to go back, our new place! Could not reccomend this place more best Indian going!”

“Great experience here because the cashier was really helpful and happy to help!! This ship is located near the corner of Great Cheetham Street so is pretty central for some. There is also nowhere easy to park. You may be able to find a parking space across the road. It's a small shop, more expensive, and likely to have what you need here.”

“Manchester has a new authentic Italian restaurant in the form of Capri’s Cucina Italiana on King Street - it’s a family owned restaurant that provides true quality with the freshest of ingredients The flavours were absolutely delicious and our favourites were the baked aubergine & potato gnocchi. Not forgetting the nutty chocolates they make in-house that were the beautiful ending that we didn’t need and thoroughly enjoyed”

“I went to umezushi for my birthday meal with my closest friends. It definitely lived up to all of my expectations! Such a small & cosy place with truly phenomenal food, both in variety and in quality. We feasted on miso, handrolls, sashimi, sushi and desert... and I was blown away with every aspect. The staff were warm and knowledgeable which always helps. Definitely one to try for any sushi aficionados!”

“Overwhelmingly positive experience. Got recommended a rare wine from Uruguay that was the best wine I’ve tried. The meat variety and quality is ridiculously good, the waiters keep coming to offer new cuts of meat with a span of minutes until you stop them, and trust me you will. I was there for 2 and a half hours and ate all I could, nobody rushed me and the service is 10/10. I would highly recommend this place either for a date, going out with friends or family. It’s great for any case. I’ll have to fast for a day after this, but worth it!”

“We decided to take a chance & come here for a bite to eat before we were going to the Theatre. We were tempted in by their 50% off food during January. Best decision of the night, we will definitely be going back here. It is a big place and when we got there at 5pm, there were plenty of tables. 2 hours later, it was busy. All the staff are amazing, especially Thomas & Monica. We had the ribs, Beef brisket sandwich and the Big burger. I also had one of the cocktails too. The service is fantastic, friendly & quick. The food and drink was delicious. As we were celebrating a special occasion, Thomas, Monica and the others made sure that it was extra special and a night to remember. I was bowled over by their kindness. It is a place were I will definitely go for food when I'm in town again. I have a feeling that it is also going to be a favourite for my 22 year old son, girlfriend & friends to go for drinks too as it is especially appealing to their age group too.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “A bar worth visiting. If you enjoy a great view while you’re sipping on an amazing cocktail, you have to go here. The bartenders know their menu and they’re also extremely nice. We needed no reservation when we went there during a Sunday (midday). There where lots of seats available both inside and outside. One of my favourite parts was the live music, wow!”

“Very nice place to have a few drinks and some delicious pub food reasonably priced. The Botanist is beautifully decorated, the cocktails and selection of drinks is is impressive. I really enjoyed my halloumi hanging kebab and sweet chili fries. The staff is very approachable and attentive. “Pleasantly surprised to find this was a Samuel Smith's pub, so very cheap. Beer was very well kept. A very interesting building architecturally too - not your average pub. I did like their "Digital Detox" stance, which meant people were having actual conversations and not just sat looking at their phone!!”

The Lobster Thermidor and the Lobster Linguine were fantastic. They have a really nice bar area too! We stay at The Lowery Hotel which is a 5 minute walk to the restaurant. Always book in advance.”
