“Fantastic customer service! I was looking for a certain colour and style of shorts I'd seen earlier that day browsing. The store assistant went out of his way to find 3 different shorts similar to what I described. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was working the Tuesday shift around 6-7, either way kudos to him. Everyone in the store was lovely, including the cashier. Will defintely shop again.”

“I was extremely excited to receive my shipment today because I did a load of shopping for myself. I love that all the clothes I ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. Emma was extremely accommodating and helpful. We quickly resolved the issue and not only do I not have to return these pants, they're also shipping me the correct ones. I would definitely buy from them again when I need a shopping fix!”

We took the suit to the Trafford Centre store for alterations, where we ended up having the best customer service experience to the point we completely changed the suit just 2 weeks before our wedding. Thank you to the team for being so helpful, patient and confidence boosting. Probably the best shopping experience we’ve ever had.”

“i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

“I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!”

“I went to lululemon and was given excellent service by Abi and the team. I was helped with the fitting and had a pair of the amazing leggings, which I use for yoga. They are so soft and like a second skin. I was advised not to wear them for day to day activities, due to the nature of the fabric, and they have lasted beautifully. As a larger waisted person I'm pleased to say they do not dig in or roll down! I also bought a racer back top, which is again so comfy to wear. You certainly get what you pay for as the quality is sumptuous and well worth it.”
