moviESCAPE Stockport
● Closed“This was our first escape room experience. We loved it!! The whole set-up was very well run from the briefing video at the start to the photo and lovely hot chocolate at the end. The staff were great. We did Merlin's Magic Academy and it was just at our level (Us two plus our 15 and 10 year old sons) ...we almost made it out within the hour :) Plenty of help during the challenge if required but it flows very well. Looking forward to returning and doing another room soon.”

The Dawg House Daycare & Boarding
● Open“My boy Gyp has been going to The Dawg House for around 6 years now. He absolutely loves it there! He was a rescue dog so initially he was very nervous about everything but he loves spending time with the other dogs. He cries with excitement on the way to day care. He comes home happy and relaxed. He has gone from a nervous boy to a well socialised, confident dog and a lot of this is down to the fantastic care he has at day care. They do all sorts of fab activities, dog crafting, scent trails, games, Halloween and Christmas parties. I would recommend The Dawg House to everyone. Sophie and all the girls adore the dogs and I think if Gyp could live there - he probably would!”

Pix Pizza Bramhall
● ClosedBramhall, Stockport SK7 1AW, United Kingdom“A beautiful place with great atmosphere, very clean, tidy and stylish decor. Service is brilliant, friendly and professional. They do vegan cheese for the pizzas (plenty of options to choose from) and vegan Nutella for their dessert option (they also delicious lemon and raspberry sorbets). The pizza base is perfect, thin and crispy. The size is perfect and filled me up nicely when I was starving. The pizza is served with vegan garlic mayo, which is OUT OF THIS WORLD!”

Playfoots Cafe & Bar
● Closed“This was my first visit to Playfoots, and it won't be my last. What an amazing place! We turned up at just after 9 am on a Sunday and the place was already 3/4 full downstairs. We were welcomed and seated by an incredibly friendly hostess, who was great throughout our visit despite being obviously very busy. The coffee was as good as coffee can be. The breakfast was the best I've had for years. I had the full English and hubby had banoffee French toast. Every mouthful was gorgeous. We also loved the decor here; there was something quirky to look at in every direction, including up. I recommend Playfoots without hesitation.”

Reddish Vale Farm
● Closed“Wow! What a magical experience! We always have a great time at Reddish Vale Farm but the Santa Experience was something else. The amount of creativity and magical touches that have gone into creating magic and memories blew me away. The outfits are amazing , the decorations are spot on, the Christmas trees are huge and it all really makes you feel like you are at the North Pole. My son is 5 but I can see us going for a few years to come as it was so cleverly done and watching his face take in all the magic was so wonderful. There are even silly things for the Adults to spot like the Elf and Safety poster and there are photographs in Santa’s grotto of the actual actors. All the elves and Santa were brilliant but my personal favourite was Mrs Claus you are a star. The experience is so organised there are no long waits and it all feels covid safe you need to wear a mask but the spaces are large and well ventilated and some of it is outside too. We couldn’t believe how much you got to do and keep there was an large plush Elf toy that you stuffed yourself and an elf certificate then a letter to Santa and then a gingerbread decorating session which you could eat or take home and hot chocolate for the parents. They got sweets from the elf shop and then the usual toy from Santa was age specific and not one of those that falls apart on the way home! To anyone wondering if it’s worth the money it absolutely is, go for it!”

Fire & Ice
● Closed“Incredible Food We took a gamble by travelling 26 miles after one of the lads watched a TikTok review of this restaurant. We were cautious upon arrival as the venue was empty so much so we ventured to a nearby restaurant and were told we should expect an almost 2 hour wait. Reluctantly We returned to this restaurant and were at this time the only ones in there, however we could see telephone orders being taken out by their delivery lad. After placing the order, starters and mains we waited a little while longer than what were normally used to but spotted the sign on the wall advising us that the food was being prepared in a coal oven grill explaining slightly longer cooking times. Staff were courteous snd smily throughout our visit. The food when delivered was without exception ‘amazing’ in a word, I’ll say it again AMAZING. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted quality. It’s rare that all of us would ever agree on the quality of food we ate but it was unanimously agreed that this was a great choice. Everything cooked just perfect, fresh and full of flavour. Whilst we was eating two other groups arrived which filled the atmosphere. I’m completely oblivious to why more people were not eating here. So much so asked the staff, they asked that I review the venue and here I am. We ordered, for starters the Halloumi, Cheesy Nachos and garlic prawns. For the main, two combo fillet meals boxes , a chicken burger, a ghost burger with cheesy chips … there was a little left over at the end however that was because the 4.5 of us were stuffed. Guys, I strongly recommend this place as a must go to if you like quality food at a good price. Thank you to the staff, both at the front and the back. We will be back. I really hope your business gets the recognition it deserves. Be blessed.”
