“From initial contact with Prescott and Joule right through to the completion of the kitchen fitting, the whole process was a delight. The kitchen is finished to a high quality and the project management of the whole process was unbelievably professional. Emma was in contact with us, on an almost daily basis, and any questions we had during the installation, she was there to answer them instantly. She would email regularly just to see if there was anything she could do; it really was an impressive service. All the tradesmen were on time, professional, clean and polite. “State of the art gymnastics centre...From the minute you walk in and speak to staff on the desk you know this is an amazing gymnastics centre. Amazing helpful staff and facilities. With an immaculate and clean cafe where parents can sit and watch. Staff are so helpful and wonderful coaches it has a great Atmosphere for the gymnasts from elites to recreational. My son loves his recreational sessions and my daughter is thriving in squad. Both look forward to their sessions every single time, an amazing gym just try it !!”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

“Absolutely wonderful Spa experience! I had an amazing full body massage, enjoyed a relaxing facial and even got a lovely manicure. The staff are so lovely and sweet, especially the lovely Danae who also me through my treatments. Cannot recommend this place enough, always such great service every time!”

“Excellent pool and facilities with friendly staff. Also had a gym, steam room and sauna plus a jacuzzi. All sessions need to be booked in advance via the Better UK app and you can either pay per session or take out a membership. Memberships are very reasonably priced and are flexible with only a one month notice to pause or cancel should you need to. Overall, definitely recommended to help improve your fitness, chill out or train.”

“Cannot beat the location right in city centre , plenty of shops nearby and less than 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station! Rooms are comfortable , clean and good price. Breakfast is good value too with a wide range of items available. Staff are friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again.”

“Just returned from one night at this hotel. Me and my boyfriend only had 1 problem which was 1 dirty towel. Other than that you can complain for the price. Comfy bed and room appeared clean. Great location and friendly staff. The room was small but I expected that and the bathroom reminded me of a train toilet but bigger but its budget so again I expected that. Had tea and coffee facilities and a little wardrobe area and desk. We parked in the q Park piazza behind the hotel for £22 for 24 hrs with the 25% discount from hotel. I would stay here again :)”

“Extremely good welcome by Julie (Deputy Manager). She asked if we had a preference of which floor we would like a room. Our room was very clean and spacious. Fantastic walk in shower. If I am being picky, there is an issue that we find in any hotel we stay in, the remote control for the tv was dirty and clearly not been cleaned for a while. I cleaned it myself with some Antibacterial lotion. As we are going before breakfast is served, we are able to select a grab a bag. Overall, we would definitely use this hotel again for the airport. It is a 5 minute car/taxi ride from T2.”
