"I have rented out a studio apartment in Manchester and the experience has been okay so far. I receive timely response from the maintenance team. When trying to contact initially, there was no response from the team with regards to viewing the apartment (After the payment). After trying to contact multiple folks from overseas just to get in touch, they said they were on leave and the viewing is not possible. Nevertheless, I liked the property, so i proceeded with it. There should be a better customer service as people are paying huge amounts to stay at your property. However, there have not been a lot of issues."
